i dunno if you have trader joes in texas, but they have some great brown rice pasta. i am not gluten free but my boyfriend is, and i cant tell the difference.

safeway carries some good gluten free baking products. http://www.pamelasproducts.com/

Thanks, no trader joes, but Whole foods. I do have to be gluten free, and since I haven't tried any baking yet . That bread looked yummy. Again, Thanks.
