Bah Glaxo aren't my friends. They have absolutely no clue (nor have any interest in knowing) about the processes that goes into my job. It's all NOW NOW NOW and WHEN WHEN WHEN. And flogging, and phoning and stupid deadlines and demands they don't pay for but expect, flexing their mega-money-muscles. Arrgh!
