Had a nasty scare when I saw myself in the mirror this morning - puffy cheeks, bags under the eyes, double chin, a few gray stubbles along with the red, brown, and blonde ones - I stood in front of the mirror staring at myself, not believing what I was seeing.
A few months back me and my homey Ox were looking at our old Army pics from when we were 18. We were both on the wrestling team in HS. I weighed all of 125lbs back then. My jaw line was so sharp you could cut paper with it. Ox was a heavy weight wrestler, but back then he had a six pack. These days that boy is pushing 300+ lbs, and can you believe he has a 6 year old son?
For the longest people have been telling me I look young for my age, but I wonder how long that's going to keep up? I haven't been taking care of myself too well recently. I haven't run since I got sick in Oct., I smoke now more than I ever have, and I'm picking up weight slowly but surely. I don't sleep well. I don't worry about things really, but I do wonder.
What's going to happen to me? Where will I end up? After I graduate in May, what's life going to be like? I am curious.

As for the scare, start exercising, eating right, and cut back on smoking or quit. I know that's always easier to say than to do, but you would feel so much better after. If you do decide to do that, an important thing to remember is to do it and not keep saying your going to do it.

I'm sure you are still a sexy beast.
