I will now repost what I wrote in joshof13thfloor's journal early this morning. Lame, but...
Oh, and dude, my mom got me the first season of Land of the Lost on DVD. Oh man is it the greatest ever...OK, it's not, and my 19yo brother made it through two episodes before he went back to video games, but what the fuck do these generation-y-raised-on-CGI-punk-ass-newbies know about the realshit eh? NOTHING I SAY! So what if the T-rex looks like a muppet? So what if the Sleestack sound like angry cats in a windstorm? So what if the dinosaurs drag their tails? So what if all the sets were made out of styrofoam? I know that this show was the highlight of every Saturday morning for me for at least a decade. Even before tonight I've been able to sing the theme song since I was about 8. I love this show.
So, yeah, um...I sure love Land of the Lost -ost -ost -ost
It's raining like cats 'n dogs here in Sac today. I don't mind. I like rain and it suits my birthday just fine. I do have to work tough, so everyone together now... BOOOOOOOOOOO! I don't wanna work it's my B-day for Pete's sake. Imma go ahead 'n go though. When nurses call in sick to my job they never replace them. Those that are left just work short.
I LOVE having birthdays! Remember kids, the alternative sucks.
