This morning's breakfast was a mile 1/2 run, red bull, and a tomato.
Last weekend I went to see the Seahorses at the Baltimore aquarium. The seahorses alone were worth the price of admission.
A friend of mine and I were talking last night and the conversation came around to this:
Things I hate
1. Weakness-both the weakness in myself that allows me to fail and not get the things done that I should and also the weakness in others that makes them lash out in fear and anger.
2. Osama bin Ladin. If it weren't for that fucker I'd never even consider voting for Bush.
3. People who think they are better than any one else. I know too much about people. There are good people sure, but nobody's perfect and 95% of them have some sort of dark secret or skeletons. Any one who acts like they don't is just begging to have me tear them down.
Things I love:
1. My family. I think about them all the time-the ones I've lost and the ones that are still with me. There are also a handful of friends that are included here. There are a half dozen or so people and their kids that are integral to my life whom I love like blood.
2. Music. I can't be without it for long. I sing my heart out when no one's around and it makes me feel better. It uplifts my heart and gives me peace or it motivates me. It gives me, at the same time, an outlet for my emotions and a sympathetic friend.
3. Sex. It feels like magic. It's not exactly a joy as pure as music, but there's no other feeling like it. I was corrupted when I was little and sometimes sex feels like a drug to me. It's something I have to go back to so I can feel right. I was in love once and that love was returned. The sex we had was like heaven on Earth. I've never felt anything else like it.
