Day 2 and no cigarettes. Woo! It's very frustrating, the smallest thing seems to set me off.. so I'm trying to stay inside and out of public. I've been munching on cheese, carrots, sunflower seeds, mints and ring pops. I'm beginning to think this was a bad decision, but I'm going to stick with it.
Went to the doctor on friday and he fondled my knee for a total of 2 minutes before telling me that I tore some ligaments. He then said to give it a month to heal, if it doesn't heal I'm supposed to go back.
The day after going to see the doctor I pulled a muscle in my back at work. It hurt, a lot. It feels fine now, but I'm still trying to take it easy. I don't think I'll be able to play kickball anymore..... this is also something the doctor said I should avoid, in order to properly heal my knee.
