What a great day. I got up promtly, registered for my classes, went to pay my rent, picked up a parcel for my son at the post office(Seasme street books for my son), then we came back home and spent some time reading together. We went to group, but while he was in the day care room while I had group, he was really fussy, he wanted his mommy. So we left early, which was fine with me because we were watching a movie "greek wedding" or something. I choose not to partake in such entertainment. I prefer books, photos, and art to television.

Well, I'm going to end this saying its been a good day. There is part of me that wishes that I had an adult to cuddle and relax with....but I have to accept that since there is no adult around at this time, then I have the right and ability to have fun on my own. And I will! I am glad that I am not one of those people who depends on someone else to meet emotional needs,. I know and do well with taking care of my own needs, and spend little time worrying about "finding" a person to take care of these needs. I think this step is a crucial one before getting into a relationship--knowing and depending on thyself.
