Has anyone else seen this guy doing this new way of "tattooing"?? It's pretty crazy! He basically uses a scalpel to cut a thin layer off in a design, then runs the ink into the wound and when it heals it becomes the tattoo design. It's totally weird but it looks gnarly!!!
