Just got back from seeing the polyphonic spree ...damn...their shit is just too over the top!
23 people all crowded on a little stage, which maybe is actually not that small, but with that many people and of course their instruments...it's just too much!
They played my three favorite songs in a row and did five years by ziggy stardust....and to really top it off even more, corn mo sang in their choir!!!
I had a little black out fun too...but I was one of the luckiest I guess as my power was back on by 10pm yesterday...and two miles up the road had power the whole time...yummy chinese food at a time when I thought I would starve cos my fridge is bare and lonely....
oh yeah...this whole no smoking anywhere thing sucks...what the fuck am I supposed to do during two horrible opening bands?

but then i started again.
and then i had a boyfriend and we both had neurotic guilt about smoking, so we quit together, broke up, and both started smoking again, on our own. y'know, revenge.
and then one day, i just couldn't bear to buy another pack, i just snapped for no reason, i was done, it was over, just like that. i remember them fondly, like a first love, hell, they were my first love, i love you cigarettes, sniff.
