HOLY SHIT....I have not been in this good a mood in a LOOOONNNGGG time! I had a hell of a good day yesterday...(about damn time).
My ex-fiancee (whom I haven't seen in 3 years) got into town last night. We remained friends this whole time, but it now appeears that we are well on the road to getting back together. The only unfortunate thing about that is the fact she lives in Seattle, so I'll have to wind up moving there...which is where I want to wind up, but I am so tired of moving and I won't be able to afford it for about a year. So I wont be able to see very much of her after this week for the next year.
I also got to see The Angels of Light last night! I wont say that I idolize Michael Gira, but he is one of my major influences...and he is actually a really nice fellow. They played a extremely intimate two hour set and they even played some old Swans material that they never play live (including my two favorite Swans songs).
I had forgotten how good it feels to feel good.
...I'm just waiting for the bottom to fall out...
