I fell asleep for 2 hours until some assholes woke me up by blasting their shitty music at midnight. This week has consisted of leaving home at 6:30 am and not getting home until 8:30 or 9:30 pm. It's commuting, school stuff for 8 hours + 2 hours at the gym, then commuting home. Needless to say, I'd like to get my sleep. Thanks to those fucking assholes, I can no longer fall asleep again tonight. I guess it's a combination of them and insomnia and pissiness at them for waking me up.
I'm hoping 3 mg of xanax + 1/2 a glass of red wine will knock me the fuck out for a few hours because I have to work 4-midnight tomorrow and then 10-6 the next day. Basically, I have no days off again until November or December - back to my 7 days a week of hectic shittiness. So you can see why sleep is important to me if I want to stay healthy. Nothing like abusing drugs. I wish I had a prescription for Ambien. Maybe I'll ask my doc.

After reading your blog today, I've got tremendous respect for you concerning working out. To have as busy of a schedule as you seem to have and still get in some hard workouts is awsome!! That's the kind of dedication that's giving you a great body, and not many people have it!
Ambien and a glass of wine REALLY knocks you the hell out! I've had insomnia for years.
