Okay...
New in my life:
More Fluevogs. Why? Because I'm an addict. And they keep having sales.
Also, I am considering the scary world of maybe buying a place. Not until next summer, but a girl who likes to travel and spend money on silly things should decide if she's going to do this sooner or later and in enough time that she can feasibly put aside enough for a down payment. I also don't like the idea of paying enough money in rent that I could be paying a mortgage. And I want to be on the 24 hour subway system (Just in case you ever wondered, follks in Long Island have 24 train service....those of us in Westchester do not...) Despite getting free parking in the city 3 times this week, I still like to take the train when I can as it allows me to drink when I want and sober up on the way home. I've been told to check out SoBro, that it's the NEXT up and coming section of NY....despite the whole rep. Anyone live there? Anyone have some info?
Last weekend was a good and bad mix of friends visiting, doing various things around the city, and trying to make everyone happy. Lots of late nights (er, 6am'ers), not much sleep. Coney Island was a blast, even if I did get bruises from the Cyclone.

Good luck with your housing!
