I'm still here, but not so much with the kicking. - I sprained my knee at bball a couple of weeks ago, I am walking again now though YAY!
Also, and more importantly, my set is finally up - Go leave me comments, it's looking lonely right now
Oh, and on my last rant, I've done some more research now (always a good thing).
Turns out that prostitution is slightly legal in SA but only sort of and only in a way that would help those who would use and abuse the service, but doesn't provide any security for the girls. It is legal to work from home where girls have no protection, but not in a brothel where they can be looked after. Since 2000, police have essentially changed the law (or how they police it anyway), which is something. Now mostly they will turn a blind eye to brothels. But they check for drugs and want ids for all the girls, which is good. But still, if you piss of the wrong people you can get into a lot of trouble with the law.
I still think its extremely idiotic, the law hasn't been changed since the 1950s. The girls (and boys) who work in the sex industry would be much safer with proper laws, and of course better community understanding. There is apparently a group fighting for such things (SIN) so maybe there is some hope. Well a girl can dream anyway.

Make sure you read the rules for posting etc because they will pick you up and rant about the smallest things, BUT it's a good way to get heaps of exposure for your set.
Other than that...
