The bats have left the bell tower
The victims have been bled
Red velvet lines the black box
Fun with math:
I figured it cost me approximately $1 per minute to hang out at the bar Thursday night.good thing I was quickly removed.
Yall got any tribal?
I spent all Friday night and Saturday at a tattoo convention with my artist. The place was packed with sketchy artists, and even sketchier victims. Since the location was sort of backwoods we got to see and talk to all kinds of crazy people who were trying to get the worst tattoos for the least amount of money.
At one point my artist decided I should enter my Angel piece into the tattoo competition and try and win some money. I was a bit skeptical, but figured it might be fun. I ended up winning the Best Black and Grey category. So I won $200 and got a nifty little plaque. I tend to be a little secretive about my work, so it was a little un-nerving to have a ton of people seeing it, and then asking for pictures, or questions.
Dillinger Escape Plan:
Everybody needs to see this band! Ive been listening to them for years, but have yet to see them live. 30 seconds into the first song, equipment and random objects were being thrown into the crowd. The drum set was destroyed, amps were laying face down on the stage, and the band members were jumping into the crowd, and climbing up the speaker cabinets. And they didnt let up for 45 minutes.
I spent most of my youth going to crazy punk and hardcore shows, but this is the first time I have ever felt like there was a legitimate possibility of getting seriously injured or killed. By the end of the show the singer was swinging around a torch, and breathing fire over the crowd. The perpetual look of horror on the venue managers face was priceless. If they are in your town see them!
