YAYYY!!! Had a really really head and shoulders above the last one rehearsal with My guitarist tonight, just went at two or three songs for a hour+++!! The last rehearsal on Tuesday was so rotten, i really wanted to call it a day, but this one got some stuff down solid, in regards to our original music, and solidified the few covers We are holding onto: The Chords, The Undertones, & The Jam!
Songs from the late 80's that I wrote in My very first band are still able to hold up with very little reworking, and that makes Me very happy indeed! I got inspired to write a political song whiule watching Bush's travisty today on CNN, and it's pretty dang good, called "In The Land of the Free"
So now I'm waiting for My girl to come home and smother her with love and hang pictures! Wooooo!!!!
