I'm keeping busier than ever right now, which is probably a good thing. I got a bit of news that made me sad today though. It seems that someone I knew and respected in the community I live in passed away. Everyone in town knew his name, even if they didn't know him personally. His son and I were friends as teenagers, and I got to know him that way. He was a local legend, and now he is gone. He was the person who truly made me fall in love with motorcycles. When you thought of bikes and bikers in my area, the first person you'd think of was "Bones". He introduced me to the lifestyle as well as a lot of clubs. At one time, he was the president of a Big Red Machine chapter in the area. For those not familiar with the Big Red Machine, they are better known as the Hell's Angels. He may not have had the best reputation, but if you knew him and were in need, he would do all that he could to help you out. He will be missed by those closest to him.
