So the restarraunt opens tomorrow. Its the first day of a brand new place, how interesting the situations will be?! I am trying to be prepared, as much as I can anyway. I have no idea where certain things are though, like the glasses or straws for example. The only good thing is that everyone is basically in the same boat though anbd we are all gonna figure it out togther. Im not worried really, but anxious to get the first day done. I have always been the type to want to know the answers the the questions.I have to memorize the beers and dressings and such. Once I get those little things down it will be all good. I have an idea already of them though, and made up a nice little cheat sheet for myself.

Should be fun though. And at wil be at least some moeny for sure, which is sooo nice
