So the epic weightloss journey begins today. Before I jump headfirst into the gym(Plus i don't have the 400 to pay it yet) I'm going to be focus on figuring out creative ways to make 1600 calories a day yummy. I downloaded like 40 meal plans last night and I'll be sorting through them and picking shit out.
Whether I make it on the biggest loser or not, I'm going to do this once and for all. I'm 5'8 and about 360 pounds and I intend to lose 160-200 pounds in the long run. I've been working with a friend on a workout plan twice a day to help me lose and lose big.
