Just went and saw Hitchhiker's Guide. Since I haven't read the book, I can't know how it was supposed to be, but I did find it both cute and amusing.
I had a first today! I went and bought chocolate at Godiva. I was in the mall for to return something and I had an urge for chocolate. Generally, I hate the stuff but every once in a while, I get into "chocolate moods". Apparently I'm in one. This will go on for a couple of months or so and then, poof, I'll hate it again. Either way, I picked myself up a few things which I'm trying to consume slowly. The stuff is sort of expensive. However, I left the mall +$20 and the gratitude of Andrey who was nervous at me entering into Nordstroms. In the end, I decided against any new MAC purchases, knowing full well we were headed to Fashion Valley tomorrow first thing in the AM. Oh, and Andrey got a free hamster ball. Someone left it on top of an ATM in the mall. When we walked past, we decided that if it were still there when we walked past again, it would be a sign from the gods that we were meant to have it. It was still there when we walked back, so hey... free hamster ball. (p.s.: we do actually have two very cute hamsters so taking the ball was not a waste. if we did not have these creatures, I certainly wouldn't have taken it!)
I'm also now able to breath through my nostrils again which makes me very very happy. I got through today drug-free which meant it was drinkin' time. Dinner was washed down with a Sierra Nevada. Dinner was actually a good treat. I went out on a limb and ordered the grilled vegetarian with the sedona tortilla soup. I usually hate mushrooms but this was really really good. Honestly. I think this is because they (accidently?) charred my portabellos which actually gave them a flavor that reminded me of steak. Now mind you, I haven't eaten a steak in, oh... two or three years but I really wish I could have.
My last happy thing is the fact that I finally, FINALLY!, two weeks after it was supposed to be released, got my hands on Puyo Pop Fever. However, this is no thanks to Gamestop which still has my $5 preorder money. I hope I can get that back. Walked into Fry's and lo and behold! There it was! So, I grabbed it. Why? Because I'm an impatient little twit, that's why. I could have had my one from Gamestop on Monday, but eh... now I can play vs the B-to-the-earzorz this evening. Take THAT Gamestop. Now gimmie my five dollars...

We should get all primped out for Sabbat at my house before we go out. I don't have much to wear and could use the advice. Then we'll head over to Ryan's for some sexy Canadian action, and then off to Sabbat. It'll rock!
