Today I found out that my manager is taking a buy out and is leaving the company. While I'm happy he's leaving in a more favorable way that benefits him, he's one of the few positives at work that makes my job bearable.
The move has been postponed until next week, hopefully it'll get done before I go on vacation the following week.
Making out my Christmas cards while drinking my coffee before work, lets see what the day brings........

Doing some online Christmas shopping while I watch Rugby, it's hard shopping for my great nephews since they live so far away and I barely see them. Not to mention the fact that they have way too many toys as it is.
I've decided that I'm going to break in my instant pot making pot roast, we'll see how it turns out........
So the whole office worked an early shift today since we're supposed to be moved up to the second floor. This move has been planned for several months and postponed for weeks. I bought an Instant Pot from Amazon during their black Friday online sale, still haven't used it yet so I'm thinking I'll try it out this weekend, I just have to decide what to break it in with. I did see a nice brisket recipe on line so maybe I'll do that. Think I'll also cook some cream of broccoli soup for my father.
This week is dragging and work is getting on my nerves. I haven't done any Christmas shopping done yet and I really need to get the stuff that I'm going to have to mail to family out west. At least tomorrow will be an early day for me so I'll get an early start to the weekend.........
Work is getting to me, at least I'll be on vacation the week of Christmas so I have that to look forward to.
