I finally decided to put a TV in the kitchen so I can watch the football and rugby matches while I'm in the kitchen. It's got built in Fire TV capability so no extra wires or box necessary. A little Xmas present to myself.....

It's Friday already, haven't been doing too much on my vacation the last couple of days. Mostly I've been just taking it easy trying to find somethings worth watching on Netflix. It's raining today so I guess it'll be another Netflix day, plus cooking, I have turkey soup to make from the leftovers from Christmas..........

So glad I have the week off, the last few days have been quite busy so today is going to be spent doing a lot of lounging around taking it easy...…...

It's been a long day but had a very nice Christmas with family. It's even better when you score some nice fresh meat.......

A full refrigerator after a busy day, I guess I'm ready for Christmas.....

I've been listening to Christmas music(something I don't usually do) all day while I've been preparing food for tomorrow, it's really got me missing my mother..........

Pumpkin bread is made, stuffing is done, now I have to make the potatoes au gratin, mashed sweet potatoes and creamed onions.

Picked up a couple of Santa cookies when I picked up my pies from the bakery, yummy.....

A successful shopping trip to Shoprite, fresh thyme and rosemary fly off the shelves this time of year, let the cooking preparations begin...……...

Too much to do and trying to get motivated to do it, but honestly who really wants to clean an oven?............
