Just got back from the doctor's office, she figured it was just some kind of muscle spasm and prescribed a muscle relaxant and something else that I have to go pick up in a little bit. She's also referring me to a podiatrist because I keep having on and off again pains in my left heal.

I'm going to have to get a physical soon, I haven't been to the doctor since last february and I'm getting to that age where I need to have them on a more regular basis.

Back to work tomorrow..........
