My birthday is this weekend. Honestly, I'm not all that excited. Birthdays always make me feel insignificant or just like people do things as a ritual. It's silly. I think if I get any money I'll add another key to my tattoo. But I don't think I will... Plus I should use that money for my Wizard costume.
In other related news, I have decided to dress as Delirium for Wizard. I'm not THAT excited about Wizard because the guests are "meh" but apparently more might be announced closer to the date. I'm also crossing my fingers for some sort of Dark Knight activity.
I'm feeling kind of restless right now, but hopefully getting a job will put an end to that. I dislike summer stress.
I'm calling Lush tomorrow to ask about the status of my application, I hope that brings them to ask me for an interview, since they emailed me last Thursday asking what my availability and desired hours are (and I said I'm flexible). Crossing my fingers because this is my dream job as far as retail goes.
Nudes soon. Maybe. Depends on how busy I am.
I'm such a whore. (Kidding.)

I wish I could go to the San Diego Con this year, but I'll miss my third year in a row. Before this streak, I hadn't missed a year since '93 (age 11).
One of my fave memories is talking to Stan Lee and Will Eisner when I was 20. Funniest thing about it was the crowd that surrounded us. Like the fanboys weren't allowed to talk to them because they were comic royalty. meh. They're still people. I said how much I enjoyed their work over the years and that was that. No asking of autographs. I wish I did though, Eisner died a couple years later.
Who do you know? I likely ran into them a couple times.
