So a journal entry is long overdue. I've been out of the loop and disengaged from the information superhighway, and the world at large for that matter for a couple of weeks now.
I'm moved back to PDX and have a phone and things are getting back to normal. I'm living in the same huge, fantastic house I was living in before, only now I'm living with some of my best friends and as yet there is no drama or strangeness. At last!
Missed an SG thing at Rocco's because of a birthday party, didn't get to stay at Dante's long on Sunday because my roomie wanted to go to bed, and I'll probably miss out on Stewd's party this weekend because I'm helping a friend on a film shoot. Lame. I need to meet some more of the PDX crew but it keeps not happening. At least I got to see Mia perform at Dante's. That always puts a big smile on my face. She is fucking rad. I missed out on Siren and probably Veronica and I'm not sure who else...
So now I'm sitting in a relatively empty room on my computer.
I saw Adaptation last night. Loved it. As a screen-writer I identified massively with the subject matter. Hell, as a human being I identified with the subject matter. Some very interesting stuff. I highly recommend it.
Well... breakfast time. Talk to you all soon...
