I'm starting to feel like a gypsy. I could probably count on one hand the number of times in the last five weeks that I've slept at home in my nice, comfy bed. It's great to be working, but I really need to move up to Portland. I hate the notion of commuting an hour and a half to do any work and never getting to sleep in my own bed at night. It's fun to be a gypsy sometimes, but I also value greatly having a sanctuary to return to after a long day or night of work.
I'm hoping to move more or less by the end of the month. Gonna be in PDX all this week working with a friend of mine and crashing with my bro and sis. Trying to convince some of my compadres to join me at Dante's this evening, but everyone is kind of worn out by the big triple birthday party we had yesterday. I was so tired I didn't even get very drunk...
Hopefully tonight'll be rad. Dunno who's performing, but if Zona's there it'll rule anyway.
Cheers!
