Ah "blogging" the new buzzword of the millenium. One that I'm not all that familiar with but I'll give it a shot.

So I'm currently staying at a hostel in downtown San Diego while I job and house hunt. I was a roughneck for a while then got laid off...never had so little fun getting laid in my life. Always knew I would end up in SoCal but never knew when...well...here I am. Initially I was going to go to LA, but I've been in a small town for a while and I wasn't quite ready for the big bad LA. A few friends and relatives suggested SD and I'm digging it so far.

Looked at a place in north park today and had a job interview up in Kearny Mesa (spelling) and hope that in a very short time I will be well on my way to being a new San Diego/an/ite whatever the vernacular is.

So blogging...guess I'll blog my move. For now...I'm here...it's hot as hell in the hostel and I'm going to go outside and smoke a ciggy and get some dinner and a beer...or 2!
