aww. hope you feel better soon sugar. Whenever i feel crappy i drink loads of hot beverages. hot milk with maple syrup added to it and a bit of vanilla ... it's like a low cal hot chocolate... good flavour but doesn't keep you up and it calms your tummy... and the classic green tea with lemon and honey for sore throats. xoxo
