first two minutes in my first class, and i'm already dreading the semester ahead. it's an english research paper writing class... something along those lines. enough said. the floor's tiles have been, what appears to be, ripped away, revealing bits of the cement floor. the tables still have coffee stains from the past semester. everyone crowds to the back of the class. i wonder if the prof will ask us to come closer. and make a stupid joke that he won't bite. my table is too close to the guy in front of me. his gelled ugly hair amazes me. entertaining, however, a huge turn off. he's not from here. he has an accent. i'm suddenly intringued. we're playing an ice breaking game. i must introduce myself, and say something about myself. i hate these things. i said that i'm in the tesl program. that satisfied the prof, and he moved on to the next annoyed kid.
on to class #2. i can tell i made a great impression on my peers last semester, because i am sitting alone, in the corner. i have a strong personality, that can get quite bitchy and impatient at times.
"how's the venezuala girl?" this dude from my past courses says as he walks by. "i went to colombia, not venezuala, fucker" i whisper under my breath. cant stand that dude.... thinks he's funny, but so far from it. i itch to tell him.

so far... not loving being back at school and working at the same time.... ugh

my throat feels scratchy.... i think i'm getting sick... and i'm doing the dishes, barefeet in the kitchen... maybe i should put some socks on...
