you guys are the sweetest for all the b-day wishes!!!! the day itself was simple and sweet... didn't do much... but lu bought me boots that i've been dying to have for like a year now.... with roses and breakfast 2 days in a row... (well, he's always been good about feeding me... ) and then for the weekend of, we went to old quebec... we were supposed to go to NY, but we're still waiting for lu's visa request to be accepted, and since his other visa expired.... we don't know if he'd be allowed to come back into canada after our trip without a visa.... old quebec was nice... but it was a simple!! no hardcore partying this b-day!! maybe next year... (my b-days have never really been exciting.. booo haha)
school has started up again... a big ugh... i dunno, never liked school, i hate having homework... at least when you work, when you leave, you never have to think about it until you work again, it's like mini vacations every day or two.... plus you're getting paid.... i finally figured out what i wanted to study... i'm now in the teaching english as a second language program... too bad a waisted 2 years of university before figuring it out.... i always new i was going to teach and travel.... 'cause teaching allows you to be flexible.... but it just dawned on me to take it in uni. !! duhh!! but now i hate my classes... haha.... eh, well...
the chick i was annoyed with last time is cool, and we're keeping her, we're getting rid of a chick who started stealing, not cool... and she wasn't bad... but stealing's not cool... and i'm getting along well with the bitchy one.... yay! i dunno... i hate petty office bullshit....
boss made me his assistant!! ahhh!!! looks good on the resume... but fuck if i have the nerv to tell people what to do... especially 'cause i've only been there for like 5 months, i'm still a newbie... so if anyone has tips on how to manage a store... lemme know... plus my boss is going away for like 2 weeks... i'll be in charge, crazy how things change.. haha... never thought i'd ever be in charge of some place.... and i'm a fuck up when it comes to paper work and procedures... argh!! wish me luck, that'll be in october...
this weekend i'm going to check out a friends band... well i've already seen them play, but now they're in a battle of the bands thing at club soda.... they're alright, but i enjoy going to events and concerts, instead of just going to a bar for nothing.... i was sad when i saw that the franz ferdinand tickets were sold out... boo!
last weekend.... went to saphire... again... with a friend... (she's gonna apply to sg, i'm excited!!) but it was just ok... and..... lets see.... went costume shopping, but didn't find anything super interesting, well, yes i did, super sexy things... and i loved looking at myself in them... but i couldn't justify spending a hundred bucks for a p.v.c. dress that i'd only wear like one... adn 50$ for a see-through skirt.... that again, i'd probably only wear to do another sg set, (and i'm still waiting to be queued for my first set) anyways, maybe if i find more money, i'll buy the cute outfits.... ooohhh but i did buy these cute cheap high heels at le chateau.... they are simple, black, and your typical high heel, with a black flower, kinda looks like from the 1920s, 1940s..... so cute... but i can barely walk in them... and my feet just slide down, touching the tips... should i get an insole (sp?!) to keep my feet up?!
oohhh, saw sky captain!! very nice!! jude law is SO yummy!!! and not to mention the sexy angelina!! saw resident evil 2... (never seen the games so can't compare, but someone told me that it's just like the games)... all i know is that milla is FUCKING hot in that one.... but it was getting really technical and stuff... and it woulda been nice to have more concentration on the zombies, and not so much computers... argh... i'm so sick of how computers and shit are taking over... even in school, you're almost screwed if you don't have easy access to a computer.... argh!
