The race went well. We started Saturday morning and didn't finish until early Tuesday. We were doing great, in second place about 1000 yards from the finish when we ran aground. After about 45 minutes we finally broke free and finished in 8th. Still pretty respectable but very frustrating considering how hard we had worked over the previous days. Still was an awesome time and I cant' wait to do it again.

On another note, I'm finally totally over Kate and don't even have any desire to talk to her anymore. I really hope she gets help with her depression but it's not something I can deal with right now and no way to start off a relationship.

Now that that chapter of my life is closed I'm learning more and more that I am still in love with Johnna. Johnna, the one who is still in love with me but moving away in two weeks. She has been pushing her feelings aside to the point where she now is starting to have feelings for someone else. THIS SUCKS!

On a happy note, I'll be gone all next week for another regatta. Were having our annual national regatta at PIB. It will consist 40 of the best boats and crew around and they are all coming to my backyard.

Wow, it'll be interesting to see if anyone comments to this upbeat post.
