I have become increasingly aware and bored by my interactions with women as of late. It's like a game, only a really predictable one. Once you figure out one key part, you already know the rest. You can observe what the person looks like, and how they are acting, and get a pretty good idea about what you need to do to get them interested in talking to you, then you can talk to them, and you know what buttons you have to press to get different reactions, and it gets to be like a really boring game of The Sims or something.

So a girl wants you to call her. You know you can make her happy by calling her, but if you wait X days, you can make her even happier because then she thinks you've forgotten about her but she hasn't quite forgotten about you so then you call and she is excited. The only variable in there is X, which has to be a number of days not quite enough to make her think you are an asshole, but enough so that you don't appear to care very much, and this is getting very boring to me.

I think this is why I go for crazy girls, because they are entirely unpredictable. I'm not sure what is worse, that I compared girls to video games, or that I am bored with both of them at the moment. It's kind of like how I lost interest in World of Warcraft because I can see the spreadsheet behind it, and I like looking at the art etc, but I really gain no joy from changing a few rows in a database.
