Throwback Thursday!
That's Indian Larry and myself when I was a sophomore in high school. Notice the baby face since I didn't have facial hair at the time. In my opinion, he built the best choppers in the nation, possibly the world. His choppers had simple designs, but they always looked great, and probably were the most comfortable bikes to ride long distances. I looked up to him, and I finally had the chance to meet him at a motorcycle show in Coconut Grove. I got to meet him, we talked bikes and more importantly, life. I put in my profile on this site that meeting Indian Larry was my most humbling moment, and I still stand by it. He was proof that anyone can turn their life around. It was great to just hear him talk. Awesome dude. We kept in touch here and there after the show, but I was really bummed to hear about his death a year later.
Don't want to end on a low point, it's 4th of July after all! Happy 4th of July SG! Be merry, drink lots, shoot some guns, and party hard!
'Merica!!!! FUCK YEA!
