What comes first? Sickness or exhaustion?
I worked 41 hours in four days again. Still getting about five hours of sleep a night.
I went to the gym on Wednesday and did the sets of pull ups with forty pounds of counter weight (about 190 lb of weight) and holy shit I over did it. one set close grip (5) and one set normal and one set wide grip with no monkey grips I felt like shit.
I work Monday and then vacation the rest of the week. Down to seaside. Work all day, drive about 240 miles, and then drive down another 100. Fun fun fun. Bringing my skim board, a water gun, and my cameras. Doing some fun stuff with my gopro.
While I'm down there, I'm launching a kickstarter. Here's a preview of that.
I still have a video to make and I want to make some adjustments. What do you guys think?
