Last blog of the old site.
I really hope there's no colossal bug fuck ups tomorrow.
I came to this site years ago after years of circling and waiting. I used to stay up late late late late late at night and watch the first tour and the Italian villa running on tv. The first time I ever heard of suicide girls was on HBO years before that. I saw these beautiful women being themselves and I was enamored.
Fast forward to four years ago. Actually getting to meet SGs at the Big Apple Comic Con. I didn't have any credit to my name but I bought my big ass Beauty Redefined book. A book I use to this day as a yearbook (and don't think I"m not bringing it to NYCC again. I'm getting at least one autograph) and I'm very happy to say I got to meet someone I knew but didn't know it.
A year later, again at the big apple con, I had maybe one of the best weekends I've ever had in my life. One of the most stunning women I've ever been face to face with convinced me to get a membership. My friend, who I'll refer to as Saint Izzy, performed three miracles that weekend and made it that much more interesting.
I've gotten to meet a few people from the site and I've talked to I don't know how many. I've used this site to express myself. I don't think that without this site, I'd have had the desire to have something to do to tell about it here.
Top five favorite things that this site helped along:
1. Bondage Bear
2. The brownie Ben and Jerry's icecream sandwich
3. Censor Magazine
4. The Day of the Dead girl tattoo I just got
5. That one shitty basketball story I wrote and MAXED out a blog's word count that one June
Anyway. If this is the last thing this site ever has of mine written down to be seen, I want it to be this:
I am glad I came to this site.
