If I understood well, you hesitate between keeping your job that gives you a promotion and a new experience which of course will need training. On the one hand you know what you have to do and you know you will earn more while on the other hand you may live a new experience which is rather exciting!
Don't be scared to fail if you take your new job. Ok, I am not the best example, I quit my job which i disliked during 10months to go to university to learn becoming a teacher and... I failed my exam... and I don't know what I am to do next year.
What I am trying to say is that the most important is to do what you want to do the most at the present moment.

Hi. I'm real bored so i thought i'd play the 'post a comment on a random blog' game. Hope you don't mind.

That sucks about your job, office work rots the brain it's scientifically proven. Trouble is it's easy to get stuck in the routine of doing a particular type of job, i've been there myself. I worked in a factory for 10 years thinking i didn't have any qualifications or training to do anything else until i came across a mate who does the job i do now. I'm lucky enough to be doing something now that i truly love, less money but to me happiness is far more important. Just remember that there are fucking hundreds of different types of jobs out there that don't involve being stuck in an office, unfortunately though media outlets only seem to popularise office based shit so it gives us the impression that's all there is. You literally can do anything you want within reason, just think of all the shit that needs doing in society & for everything you can think of there will be a job title behind it.

That tattoo will be brilliant. I'm wanting a skull as my next one, can't seem to find one just right though. Do you know of any good flash sites with quality skulls on by any chance?
