Here goes! my brain isnt working well so Im forcing this one out (filthy mind goes into overdrive!), and I was a bit pissed off that I didnt get many replies to my request for London night out ideas!!...thanks to Bow though
Tomorrow I have what I hope will be the penultimate session on my sleeve, I think it adds up to 24 hrs over the period Ive been going. I think my comfort level with the colour needle is 2hrs, I dont enjoy having 4 colours mixed in on the same bit of skin. I know everyone has different tolerances, but I cant understand how some people reckon they have had 10 hours plus in one session? Is this because numbing gel is more prevelant over the pond?
Once this one is finished I will get my new design drawn up (this will be on my right forearm), and after that I plan to have one on my abdomen area (its some flash of a fairy...who I think is hot!).
Before that I have to lose a bit of weight, Ive put 14lbs on mainly cos I didnt have a kitchen while I was renovating and funnily enough was eating better cos I only had a crock pot.
Ive gone a bit mad with my new kitchen and eating like a pig LOL, Im only having chips (fries) once a week and eating more veg and fruit. Ive also cut down the beer and have started doing my crunches and weights again.
I do this periodically cos once I hit 13 stone (182lbs) I start to feel uncomfortable.
Ill be 40 in 14 months and want to try and be a bit more healthy (hmm dont mention cigarettes..I know, I know!).
I went to the O2 arena in London last week with my friend Sandra. We went to see WWE Monday Night Raw it was brilliant and a lot of fun! We did it in style with ringside seats and a couple of nights in the Kensington Hilton.
Im not the biggest fan of London or cities in general, but it was a great little break.
Now its back to reality and I have my garden wall to finish, Im enjoying it. Its good to learn new things and see something "real" start to take shape.
Right Im out, gonna surf a bit and watch a bit of TV.
Peace
Joel

I really should be doing more exercise myself, having my thesis to do means im sat for hours just at the pc, not a healthy way to spend my time, especially in this gorgeous sunshine we have been blessed with in the UK!
Its about 23/24 hours now I think, its mainly to do with the mixing of colour that has made it a lengthy process. If I had just had black and grey it would have been about 4 hrs max.
Yes get yourself off this addictive contraption and get some air in your lungs my friend!
