I am very sleepy. I've gone the extra mile for the past month. It's made me so weary now. I can't wait until the weekend. I'm going to be so happy. I want to do nothing, Ironically, i'm attempting to make some changes with myself.

It is always nice to admit what bothers you, and even reenergizing to do so. Make a plan on what you plan to change and how you plan to do it, and then stick to the plan.
