I got on the treadmill for the first time yesterday since i got back. The runner's high was so intense that I almost fell over when i got off it. After doing that, I was totally wrecked in the evening.
My old buddy and I went out last night. It was a total trip as we've known each other for 12 years. I think that I've turned into a total drip though now. Somehow, somewhere, I just got fucking boring or unfun. It's strange how that worked out.
