I hate this time of year. And can't wait to get past V-Day. I just get lonely and have never had anyone special to spend the holidays with, or get a surprise for. I'm too old for these feelings, I just widh the holiday season would bring surprises and some joy.
Again, for the next year:
1 Have a Valentine
2 Kiss some one @ the stroke of midnight to begin the New Year.
3 Have someone to do special things for during the holidays
4 Kiss someone under some mistltoe.
5 Maybe if I'm good Santa will grant me these gifts, for they are all I have ever wanted.

i've got the outlines for both pretty much done. the left arm is from the children's book Miss Spider's Tea Party by david kirk. look it up and check out the art work - its really colorful and super cute. the left arm is a patchwork of what was initially just going to be a traditional japanese half sleeve, my spinster tattoo - my dog's head and crossed knitting needles and a banner that says spinster - on the inside of my forearm, and my day of the dead inspired design that fills in the rest of the open space on that arm.
