HOW TO OBSERVE MENTAL HEALTH DAY
While not everyone faces a life with mental health issues, mental health impacts all of us. That's why discussing mental health with your loved ones is a vital part of this observance.
If you know someone that has mental health issues, make sure you reach out and ask them how they are doing. Don't be afraid to let someone know how you feel. We are all here to help and support each other. I have my moments of mental health issues and it always helps when I can talk to someone about how I'm feeling.
