Chris taught me this Buddhist meditation dealing with the principle of existence: Annicca, Dukka, Anatta. That is, constant change, dissatisfaction, and impermanence. He said it thinking I'd treat it as BS I think, but it's really getting me through the week along with simple breathing exercises.

It is a long series of rituals that include meditation, sacrifice of food, metal, and/or wine, prayer, song, and (depending on who the Blot is to) fucking and/or bleeding.
