Fueled up the night before the race with 2 pasta dishes!! Mmmmmmmm! My tummy was happy!

47,000 runners waiting to start in Staten Island.
And we keep waiting and waiting.
Made the start in Wave #1, watch this cool view! Try and find me!!! lol
Visited all 5 boroughs! Mile #20 was where my body felt the pain of the race take a toll, but surprisingly, my feet didn't hurt that bad. I popped a Gu and pushed my way to the finish line in Central Park, nothing was going to stop me! My official time was 3 hours, 46 mins, and 25 secs. I even found my name in the NY Times! Congrats to all the runners and winners!!!

In other news...glad to still find post-Halloween sales! I found this mug that came with a plush toy and had to snatch it! I named him Shaun. Get it, Shaun, from Shaun of the Dead?!?!?!!?? I'm corny, I know.
Getting my baking skills ready for this weekend's Autumnal Festival for the SG-NY group! Check out the details here for more info. I agreed to bake cupcakes and brownies, so you know I'm gonna love every minute of it!!
