Day off from work....what should I do? I KNOW! Go to the MoMA (Museum of Modern Art) in NYC! Broaden my horizons...
I've been wanting to check out the Tim Burton exhibit for a while now. I'm a HUGE fan of his work. Taking a look at how he began his career and how he developed characters and stories just blew my mind. Brilliant man. I can't wait to see his adaption of Alice in Wonderland!!!
In the exhibit, you're not allowed to take photographs, but of course, I had to break the rules...sorry Tim, I had to share...
Before the entrance into the exhibit, a blue balloon (looks cute!):

The entrance:

This reminds me of Beetlejuice...

Edward Scissorhands:

Sleepy Hollow:

Batman drawings:

Catwoman (my alter ego):

After the exhibit, went to look around at the various exhibits and artwork. Found an elevator:

Took a look around the Bauhaus exhibit (not the band, although they are effin' awesome!). The Bauhaus school based in Germany had a profound impact on art, graphic design, and architecture.

So that was the end of my trip at the MoMA, curtain call:

Ta-da! (Dork)

But that was not the absolute end of my adventure...I LOVE New York City!! I had to go on, I had to indulge in some more. I visited my favorite shop, which was made famous by a sexy TV show:

The sparkly fashions made me the giddiest bitch in town!
