I consider myself to be a Dabhand at cooking steak today tried a little something different in how I cooked it. Ribeye steak I normally prefer Rump but a Ribeye was the best the supermarket had to offer today. So what I did after letting it settle to room temperature I seasoned it with salt an pepper (standard) after searing it for 1 minute on each side I decided to add butter, 2 cloves of garlic and 2 branches of Rosemary just basting it until it was cooked medium rare and OMFG it was scrumptious I'll certainly be cooking it like that from now on I'm certainly real proud of myself with this one 😃
