Horror fanatics please feel free to add your quick guides yes I'm looking at you @dmaggot love to see one by you :) mines for your standard slasher serial killer movie
1. Know your surroundings like nearest place you can find help and all exit and entry points and know what could aid you in the cupboards and draws
2. When you hear footsteps or any abnormal noise don't ever shout "hello" or "who's there" thats a death wish
3. At all times have your back against a wall otherwise you're left exposed for a surprise attack from behind
4. If you're a virgin stay a virgin I think this just more about the consveritive religious beliefs of the US that sex before marriage is a sin an if you notice the virgin always seems to survive as their soul is pure and the sinners are the ones who always get shafted but if you're married and have saved yourself for marriage I think you would be ok
5. Try be in residentual areas as often as possible try not to be in no mans land territory
6. If you're in possession of a firearm always shoot the fucker in the head anywhere else they'll just keep coming back and coming back like their superhuman always a head shot to really put an end to the horror
7. Always try to be in a group theres safety in numbers
8. If you're in a group never split up once you or any of the others are left alone you or them become venerable
9. Never scream your head off as again thats a death wish and it also gives away your position to the killer
10. Keep calm and collective (easier said than done) but do as you begin to panic you make mistakes it only takes one mistake for you to be killed
11. If you find yourself in a hand to hand combat situation with the killer again keep calm and collective try to stay a few shot ahead and end it as quickly as possible in order to escape
12. Keep well away from basements, attics, closets and cellars or any small cramped spaces
13. When you find yourself legging it be sure you got a good pair of footwear on for god sake and be careful of each step only takes one slip or trip and you're dead
Well thats my quick guide to surviving a horror movie if anyone has some good points to offer to add to this or raise a problem with any of mine the constructive criticism is welcome. Hope you all have a good friday
