The Nightmare:
I was in a lab, working on research with the rest of my colleagues. A corporate-type comes into the lab and wants an update on the progress the lab has made and is speaking directly to me for the information. He is joined by the lab coordinator/supervisor. All of my colleagues gather 'round as I begin to detail the progress.
That's when it takes an ugly twist. The corporate monster starts coming at me, and touching me very inapporpriately for the office setting. He tells me I have a sexy body, and pushes me into the wall. I tell him to back off! His advances become more aggressive.
The lab supervisor begins to join him. I am struggling to keep 4 hands off me, and find a way out. The whole time I'm screaming for help. I'm surrounded by my labmates, but they just look on stunned and almost docile.
I run in circles to no avail. I scream until I nearly lose my voice, and all my labmates do is pull out their cell phones. I scream until all I can do is wimper. I nearly pass out, in both the dream and in reality. I don't want to give up, but I have nothing left to fight back with. Why won't anyone help me!
And then I wake up, paralyzed with fear. I can bearly breathe. When I've recovered enough to move, I call Miss Tallahassee. It's 4:30am PDT. It was all too real....
