28.5 hours and counting...
Tomorrow at roughly 6:30pm, I will be back were I belong; in the arms of the woman I love. Don't I make you sick?!
Thanks to solisis for the kind compliment, I guess I do have a reason to be happy with my appearance. I can't take much credit for it though, it's genetics after all. For that reason, perhaps tonight, when Mephausto joins me for an evening of levity - if he's still game - we can go through my pictures and select a few gems. As for posting pics of my beloved, well, that's a privacy issue I have to discuss with her. I could email them to friends, but posting them for the masses to see might be more exposure than she wishes.
And speaking more about Miss Tallahassee, are you getting tired of it yet?, she begins her journey westward this afternoon, like in an hour or two. We are both psyched. It is really true that distance makes the heart grow fonder, but only if it doesn't drive you crazy first.
To everyone, I wish you much merryment this weekend, you've all earned it. And for those SG members outside the US I am including you in my well wishings as we all deserve a nice weekend!
Ta!

do you know of a guy named Jean-Michelle Basquiat? He was a supposed artist back in what I like to call "The Day" and he would write words on his paintings and cross them out. He'd say people pay more attention to things crossed out because they wonder what it was before. not unlike the photo. see, by placing a mop handle in the background I had successfully planted an image to pick at and remember....
Ok, I'm full of shit. that was irrelevant and I should have removed the mop handle.... for shame on me.
