Oooh, yeah, that sounds like my kind of sleep problems. The problem is...I don't know what is bothering me until I fall asleep and all of a sudden the bad dreams happen. Last night it was as if my mind played out a worst case scenario for me, yet I wasn't even worried about anything when I fell asleep, in fact, I was more excited than anything else... Maybe I just need to get up earlier and not give my mind time to create nightmares...
