ahh yes. as of today...no more crappy manager! Ron has gone to where the goblins go. He yo heaved ho over to altel. being that he's one of the most forgetful incompetant men i've ever met...i suggest you think about switching phone companies if you have altel. they put this man in charge of your reception!
