holy hell! how the crap do they stay in business? the customer service phone number is the longest i've been on hold EVER!
and then they tell me that after i've been on hold for millions of years that they can't help me cuz it's been over 30 days.

i'm working on my new years resolutions. so far, so good. (sorta) today i've been scheduling my life so that i know what to do when and how much time i need/have to do it in. i have a busy life!
